City safety net software

We have built an innovative software platform that enables cities and their organizations to create and manage human-based city safety nets and connect all parts of the local community!

Citizens can enjoy the benefits of one of the best mobile apps for personal safety.

Heroes Nearby safety help care

Connect and put all members of needed city services, associations and organizations in the city and citizens under one roof - City safety net

The city safety net could include, for example, emergency services, city utility services, care associations, organizations such as the Red Cross or the Neighborhood Watch organizations.

With Qdrome the city can broadcast a message (with pictures, videos, audio files and text) to all citizens that something is happening in the city (eg a protest, concert, car accident…) in a specific location, and they will instantly see it on their mobile devices.

Or, for example, you can only notify a group of security guards in city parks how to react if they see a specific person. The possibilities are endless and you can tailor them to the needs of your city.

Control center (web application)

A powerful web-based app for the management, analysis and control of the network and broadcasting media-rich content to all members and users

Mobile app (for members, and/or citizens)

Extremely flexible, it can be used to report or respond to a situation. At the same time, it is one of the best safety mobile apps on the market

Smart panic button (optional)

Wireless, coin-sized push-button which connects with the mobile app. It is very useful in emergencies, for the elderly and disabled

City data management, analysis and reporting software

Collection, analysis and reporting from the field about the work of city organizations and members, reported incidents, which ultimately makes a great added value when deciding, planning and monitoring the work of the city organizations.

At the same time, every member (eg. guard, utility company worker, social worker, volunteer firefighter, etc.) can broadcast a media-rich message with location and GPS tracking data to all other members and the Control center and report the incident, situation or completed work.

Important practical features for the City safety net

Incidents and users data presentations and reporting

The Control center app can have several types of reporting in the form of a table, graph or heat map. Reports are available in PDF and CSV format. For example, the query can be “Show me all incidents by hours where the police were called in the last 3 months” or “Show me only incidents related to traffic jams in the last year”, etc.

Map reports

The city employees, organization members, or even the citizens can report various types of incidents like traffic jams, car accidents, thefts, suspicious persons, medical situations, drug dealing, and so on.

Heat maps

The concentration of incidents and events in the city can also be seen in the form of a heat map with the additional possibility of filtering.

Graph reports

The graph shows the number of incidents reported by the city safety net members by hour. The graph can also show the number of incidents in a certain period on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

Customizable PDF or CSV reports

Reports are an important feature for a Group Administrator. Equally important is the ability to customize the data and generate reports tailored to specific needs, which can then be exported in PDF or CSV format.

Broadcast types & tags

Members of the city safety network can use predefined tags and types when reporting incidents. In addition to significantly speeding up communication during the incident, it later enables high-quality analysis and filtering of the collected data and the creation of reports in the Control center.

The tags that will be used for a particular type of broadcast or the Group as a whole are defined by the Group administrator. For example: Police called, Police arrived, Ambulance called, Ambulance arrived, Firefighters called, Firefighters arrived, Offender arrested, Neighborhood Watch patrol in progress, etc.

Real-time tracking for desired city services and organizations

In the Control center app, the movement and route of the City services and organization members, NW members and patrols can be monitored on the map (real-time GPS tracking), and the route remains recorded in the database for later analysis and archiving.

User roles and management

Group user management, such as inviting users to the group, assigning certain roles, deleting from the group, etc., is the task of the Group Administrator (via Qdrome Control center). Users are all members of your group.

There are two user roles: Regular users and Responders. Regular users can use the mobile app to report events and incidents, while Responders can respond to them, but they can also report events themselves. As a Group Administrator, you can give custom names to your users and Responders.

There is also a role of Recruiter who has all the privileges of a Responder plus the ability to recruit new members (invite new users to the group) through the Qdrome mobile application.

City areas geo-boundaries

Personnel in the Control room can divide the city area into zones and determine geo-boundaries for individual neighborhoods to have an overview of the zones in which certain services operate, for easier organization and non-overlapping.

Smart city networking

Create a city safety net with a tree structure and connect all parts of local communities. You can create an unlimited number of subgroups and levels. All desired organizations and emergency services can be included in the structure of the city safety net.
